Our hearty preserves are all made using farm recipes. We accidentally created this recipe after a cold year on the farm where none of our tomatoes ripened. Out of the poor yield, came the most incredible chilli jam that we are so proud of. With the kick of chilli and a beautiful sweetness, we recommend this is used on everything. No seriously, we’ve yet to find something this doesn’t taste good with!
