We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Provider
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or another reputable UK courier service, depending on parcel size and destination.
Handling Time
Orders are despatched within 7 days of being placed. We aim to prepare and pack orders as quickly as possible while ensuring items are securely packaged for transit.
Delivery Time
Once despatched, delivery times will depend on the service used and destination within the UK. Most orders arrive within 2โ5 working days after despatch.
Order Cut-Off Time
There is no specific daily cut-off time. Orders are processed in the order they are received and will be despatched within 7 days.
Delivery Restrictions
We deliver to UK residential and business addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
We are unable to deliver to addresses outside the UK. working days of confirmation.
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs where applicable.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Return Process
To report an issue, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Where a return is required, we will provide instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of confirmation.
